Yikes, I think you are correct, those do look like pollen sacks. Auto's are hard to hermie, it could be just the genetics or some other stress factor but probably not LST. Not sure what to tell you, if that's the only plant in the tent then maybe try and snip off all the pollen sacks you see then harvest early.
If you have other girls in the tent I would probably get rid of this one just in case.
Before you go and do anything drastic, see if anyone else here chimes in, I could be way off base. This looks like a job for @Mr. Grow It !
