On my first grow, following 7 steps to the letter. I Just started to force flower and I was wondering if the LED appliance lights on the AC, Dehumidifier, Humidifier, etc., have any effect while the plants are in the 12 hours of darkness?

Yes, they can! But it depends on how bright they are. I accidentally left on a blue light on my humidifier and I am fairly confident that it messed with my plants. They appeared to be on their way to revegging but I turned off the light within 7-10 days. Thankfully my plants went back to normal. I recommend to cover those lights to safe side it.
Depends how bright they are and the color. If they are a bright white, put some electrical tape over them.
