I’m about 4 weeks Into flower. Should I thin out and remove some fan leaves so that more light can hit the inside of the plant??? Can someone give me advice on how to go about doing this so I don’t remove too many. I know the fan leaves are important for the photosynthesis side of things. And also how much to remove (if any at all)
Im still fighting with some Nitrogen Toxicity (as my amateur side shows, the soil I used was also mixed with manure and compost an earthworm castings.) So Ive been fighting that in the soil. But besides that….
I already did one round of thinning out before sending them into flower but it seems like they might need around round of thinning out. Any advice is appreciated.
I would remove some of those larger fan leaves near the top.
You shouldn't. You should flaten them out. Lmk if you want advice on how to do it. No need to remove leaves. You have plenty of space to get them all light and even out your canopy. You will get the most out of your plants that way.
