Hi Mr grow it! I'm having a problem with fuzzy mold starting on top of my soil. What can I do besides scrape it off? Does this have anything to do with fungus gnats? Did it start out too wet? This is my second grow and didn't have this prob before.

Looking good! Sounds like you are on top of things. I wouldn't worry too much about the very bottom leaves. You will want to lollipop them once they get a bit bigger and remove that lower growth anyway.
Do the leaves on the bottom girl look deficient? I started with cal mag and molasses, seems to be doing well otherwise.

Usually means the soil is too wet for too long. Try letting her dry out completely before you feed her again then feed her less often after that. Also, if you do not already have one, you should get a fan for moving the air under the canopy.
If you have Fungus Gnats, it is probably due to the moist environment. Is it maybe more humid now than it was for your first grow?
You didn't mention how old your girls are, but a little defoliation might help if the soil is completely shaded.
Can you get us some pictures?
