I posted earlier about a Gelato seed that I popped that had the odd leaves due to the genetic condition Variegation. I also noted that the buds seemed to be putting out a lot of white pistils even though the trichomes where cloudy with some amber.
I took clones and flowered out the one that showed no signs of Variegation. But as expected, a bit of variegation did appear although not as much as on the mother. This girl was also putting out a lot of white pistils near harvest time so I decided to let her go an extra 8 days just in case I was harvesting too early. After another 8 days she was showing 50% or more amber trichomes and even more white pistils! I harvested and she is drying now, buds look great but I never had one go so amber before, this should be interesting.

It looks really good. Sounds like a good night time bud. Did it just stack pistils on the tops?
