Ok so I harvested a few of my plants been in a tent with around 50% humidity.. temp was a little high but not long anyway it’s been like 2-3 days now and the tent smells like a fresh cut grass .. they are no where near dry.. asking if this is normal?

It's normal. The true taste and smell won't come out until you're several weeks into curing.
I used to dry at 50% humidity but since then changed to 55-60%. You may want to increase it a bit to slow down the drying process. If it dries too fast it may negatively impact the final product. But of course, your choice.
