Harvest Advice | mrgrowit

First Grow here, I have two Autoflower plants in a 2x2 tent. I am Nectar for the gods # 4 soil (similar to FF Happy Frog?). Light is a Mars TS1000. I am feeding Fox Farms trio, plus Kelp me kelp you, Sensi Bloom Cal Mag Xtra (acquired beginning of flower as plants looked like possible deficiency) early to mid-flower, some orca in vegetative and early flower, and molasses through most of flower. Plant A is Gorilla Glue freebie from NASC at Day 73 (from first cotyledon) and Plant B is Barney Blueberry Cheese (Day 69 from first cotyledon). On the Gorilla Glue I found my first amber trichome today and on the blueberry cheese I have not found any amber trichomes, however it seems to me most are getting milky at this point.

The blueberry cheese has always had issues with the fan leaves pointing up and drying up/ curling up as well. It started looking somewhat like a phosphorous deficiency or light burn (issue seemed to start at the top of plant), also I'm running lights 24/0). The runoff PPM in flowering has been 1350 to currently down to 1000 (starting to flush). Runoff pH is 6.4-6.7 and currently 6.4.

Gorilla Glue which had its first amber trichomes this morning. It has appeared much healthier throughout its life. Not much burning, maybe some tacoing, but overall healthy. Week 9 (W4 of flower I started flushing (feeding only 1 ml of big bloom and one ml of tiger bloom per gallon). Due to this the fade has gotten more rapid, and some leaves are shriveling up now at the bottom.

Do these plants look ready to Harvest? Should I wait for more amber on the GG or is it ready? For the BC is that one ready to harvest as well or harvest only the GG and give the BC more time until I see a few amber trichs? If not harvesting should I feed any nutes to stop a possible early fade (even if super lightly feeding nutes) or is it better at this point to keep feeding pretty much only water? I cut out grow big pretty much after week 7, although I noticed Sensi Bloom cal mag is 4-0-0 so it has nome N and was fed through beginning of week 9 (lightly). I am now in week 10 GG day 73 and BC day 69. Any tips, comments, or suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Lastly for Harvest for an autoflower, is 48 hrs of darkness needed and do I harvest when dry (3 days after watering), or can I harvest whenever, even right after watering?

Thanks for the response. Would you feed at this point or just water? If feed, only bloom nutes (tiger bloom, big bloom)? or give cal mag, molasses, or any grow big to stop yellowing and supplement bloom nutes?

@whf3 you could give them molasses. The sugars will feed the bennies in the soil and help produce exudates. Too late for the yellowing train. I'd just suggest running 20/4 next grow to help give the plants a chance to rest and gather nutrients in the ryzosphere or turn the lights down a bit.

Doesn't look like either is ready to me. Looks like the light stressed them out pretty bad though. It appears they kept stacking to protect themselves. I'd personally wait for more pistils to swell and die. I would drop the cycle to 20/4 but it's just a suggestion.
