If you have a bunch of plants all the same strain then you should be able to harvest them all at once, but it would not be that unusual for one to go sooner or later. If you have an odd one in there just harvest that one when she is ready.
I think what @W J Rucier means is you can plan it to work out that way if you want. I stagger my grow and I have 4 girls in bloom now all different ages. That way I don't have to harvest and trim 20 oz all at once and just do about 5oz once ever month or two as I cycle plants in and out. The down side is I am dealing with 4 different feed schedules and it is difficult to find time to give the tent a real good cleaning.
I think both of you answered my question. I have 8 plants in flower right now and most seem to be on the same growth pattern but there are a couple that are lagging behind. I was planning on using my grow tent for drying which will complicate things if I stagger the harvest.
@DrRude you could always let the ones lagging behind finish while the others continue to grow. Experiment on trying different levels of amber. Depends on how close they are. If it's a week apart I'd let them keep going. More than two and I would not.
I personally harvest 1 by 1 once they are ready.

Either way, whichever you prefer.....
