Harvested let dry for 7 days and bud was to dry humidity in jar was at 40. when i chopped it i did cut big fan leaves and let whole plant dry. whats my next step for curing?

So you dried and then trimmed and now they are in jars at 40% RH? You may want to put a humidity pack in the jars to increase the RH.
