Gone and checked my buds today and they've all gone spongy and airy. And some smell abit like hay. Any ideas I have a fan blowing above the drying rack. Anyone got any idea why this has happened as I'm stressing out.

45% is usually too low humidity and results in the buds drying out too quickly. I like at least 50% but I normally aim for 60%
