Since PAR meters are so expensive, I've been researching the efficacy of various LUX meters
and came across several smartphone apps that appear to have some merit! There are a LOT on the Play store and I assume also for iPhones, but I D/L "Tent Buddy" and am playing with it. Seems pretty straight forward but am unable to test it's accuracy.
Has anyone used this or similar apps? Experiences? Recommendations. Would be very interesting to see a comparison using a quality PAR meter (hint hint) :-)
