Been doing research as always trying to learn all i can about growing. Came across this uvb light during flowering They say it raises the trichomes and resin out put. They also claim it can raise the percentage of thc the plant has. I was just wondering if anyone uses this or has tried this type of light.

allot of LED lights today output uva/ uvb light. i've read the plants reaction to uvb light is to protect itself as uvb in higher output is damaging to the plant & thus stresses the plant . there are allot of ways to stress a plant towards the end of the grow to pump up the trichomes from pinching / crushing stems to old school methods of driving a screw or nail through the main stalk or just giving her 36 to 48 hrs of darkness before harvest.
