Hey how u all doing
I NEED HEEELP
i have some plants which i did the run off test and the ph was 5.2-5.5-5.3 and the ppm was way to high but the ppm and the ph input was 6.5 and 1.2 Ec... this was when plants was week 2-3 veg
i did flush all of them with just water to bring the ppm and the ph when i wanted but the ph wasn't changing while i did bring the ppm lower
after that the plants got worse i think becouse of the overwater and right after stars problem with magnesium deficency i know that by purple steams and yelloing between the leafs but the veins was staying green
i fed them with epsom salt in 500ppm
and tried that spraying on the leafs as well
the color is now light green but they look so droopy i dont get it like i tried to do everything on them im so tired like i cant sleep at night
temp is perfect not too hot not too cold air flow is perfect
i did a run off test on one of them and the ph input is 6.5 the run off is 5.7 and ppm i feed them one time with 1.8 Ec then after with epsom salt like i said
i relly need help is making me feel so bad man i love doing this job but it just i dont know what else to do
Hey how are u doing ?
How's the plants please post a pic
I also use peat and have to top feed lime throughout my entire grow to keep my pH in the 6.0 zone. I top feed 1 tablespoon of dolomitic lime per gallon of medium - don`t put lime too close to the stem. I sometimes have to do this several feed cycles to get my pH back up.
On my EC, I try to keep my runoff EC around a 1.3, if it gets higher than that I adjust my feed EC down to about a 0.5 until the runoff EC gets back down to a 1.3 then begin increasing the feed EC slightly. If salts get too high in the medium, the plant can`t access water or nutrients due to the pull that the salt has in the root zone. Good luck. I developed this spreadsheet to help track my root zone - critical area to monitor.
Ide say slightl nitrogen deficiency
Or water lock/ early stage of root root .I had same thing I dried the roots vegore replanting in dry soil left it alo e for Luke 5 days no water then slight feeding of cal-mag a d then they were perfect.
Look for a guy goes by Cam-z he is good
What light cycle are u on what soil are u using?
How close is your light .
What's the temp range from day 2 night and what humidity level r u at .
Just so we all can have better understanding of ware your at .
Thanks 😊
