Unfortunately not. Once you see them they are in their adult form and beyond any simple fix. I know it sucks to hear and your anxiety level is probably very high right now but I promise it's worse than what you see. Pull off some random fan leaves and look close on the underside. There will be tons of nymphs all over the place. The nymphs are super tiny but if you look at one spot long enough you'll notice them crawling around.
I found some early in veg last year and did everything including spraying them with hot water at high pressure in a bathtub. Tried targeted bug sprayes for mites, neem oil sprayes, diatomaceous earth, castile soap mixes, and eventually fruitflybarpro. The ffbp was the only thing that did anything to slow them. Eventually I chopped them and hung them at the end and they all crawled to the top of the stem and I burned the little fuckers with fire. Whatever you do make sure you don't carry them over into your next grow.
You are already in flower so most of the things that could help aren't even on the table.
You have spider mites. Pretty bad from the looks of it. If you look in the second picture on the middle leaf you can see some and they are starting to web. An infestation this bad is usually hard to get rid of entirely. You can try fruitflybarpro. You hang them on your circulating fan and turn off your exhaust fan for a day. It won't kill them all but it will get most of them without physically spraying anything. It makes a toxic gas.
I hate to even suggest it but usually when it's this bad it's better to just start over. Trust me, i'v tried to fight it before myself. Diminished yeild, disgusting looking buds, higher chances of mold, etc. If you don't get the mature adults they will web your calyx into a nasty little ball.
Last time I had spider mites I threw every plant I had in the garbage by gently placing a garbage bag over each plant and then straight to the curb. After that I bleached the heck out of everything then let the grow room and tents sit for a month. After that I grew one plant from seed to harvest to make sure the infestation was gone.
I call that the 'Nuke from Orbit' option, it's the only way to be sure.
@Black Power I strongly suggest you get a jewelers loupe to be sure, it's something you should have in your tool box anyway.
I hope am wrong, but that looks like Spider Mite damage. Get a 30-40x jewelers loupe and take a close look for the little buggers. They are generally too small to see with the naked eye.
Any signs of pests? Looks like either damage from spider mites or thrips. More info: https://www.mrgrowit.com/post/spider-mites-on-cannabis-plants https://www.mrgrowit.com/post/thrips-on-cannabis-plants
I also use neem oil on my dirt
I can say it’s not on all the fan leaves. can I get rid of those fan leaves
