Okay for starters I would like to apologize for sounding like a newbie.
I will be purchasing two Vivosun 1000w fixtures; will leave a link for reference.
My questions are: 1. How many plants should I put under those 2 lights? I was thinking that I should max out at 8? 4 under each?
2. What are the height requirements to hang these fixtures so I dont burn my plants?
3. How often are you feeding your plants?
I will be using an organic soil and nutrient lineup to mix together, and was planning on using a compost tea. Do I just use the compost tea as a feeding day, and then on another day just give it pH water?
I apologize for all of the questions

Sorry for the delayed response, I am working with a 10x7 grow area. I will be amending the soil with Down to Earth Organic All Purpose Fertilizer Mix 4-6-2, Down to Earth Organic Vegetable Garden Fertilizer 4-4-4, some kelp and bone meal and added bat guano as well with worm castings.
What size grow space will you put that light over? The website says 3'x3' for Veg but doesn't mention flower. That's a lot of watts for such a small space. Heat will certainty be a worry if you're going to grow in that small of a space. Once I know what size grow space I can give you a better answer on how many plants I recommend. Keep in mind though, you could grow a bunch of small plants or fewer, larger plants. When using organic nutrients, most will amend the soil to begin with and then top dress every 4 weeks or so. What organic nutrients are you using? The manufacturer should include feeding instructions. I think most growers give teas once a week or once every-other week. Yes, the plant will need water throughout the grow so when you're not giving teas, water is a must.
I had two vivosun 600w I used on a 4x8 grow space. These lights are very hot so be prepared for that. I usually stayed around 30 inches over canopy until late flower then raised higher. If those have adjustable watt start lower with your seedlings, 1000w is a lot. How many plant would depend on the size you want to grow them. Personally I usually shoot for 20+ nice limbs so I run two plants per light. I don't use tea's so you'll need @Mr. Grow It for the nutrient aspect. Welcome to the grow community, hope you have a great experience. There is a lot of support on this page of needed. From personal experience some starter help is the mental aspect. Have fun with it, don't panic if things aren't going as well or as fast as you hope. Most issues can be fixed when they arise. Gl 👍
The light should come with instructions to tell you the sq Foot that the light covers while in veg and flower
