Hi, they look nice and healthy, maybe a little small but that could be the genetics. I have a couple of Autos outside I planted around the same time and one of them is about the same size as yours.
Since these are Auto Flowers, do not top them. Photo Periods you can top but Autos you should leave alone or just do some LST on them.
I gotta get me some of those wire cages. I already lost one of my taller girls who snapped in the middle during high winds ... doh!
If you haven't feed them anything yet you may want to give them some food. The nutrients in the soil are probably depleted at this point. I got some autos that just popped in some ocean forest soil. My plan is to feed only water for the first 3-4 weeks then start feeding them some maxi bloom for the remainder of their lives.
It is a little hard to tell from the pictures but they look OK to me. Have they begun to flower yet? If not, you could consider topping (cutting off the top node/top few nodes) of one of them. It would be a cool experiment to have the two side by side. One topped the other not.
Everything looks good so far. What is the pH and PPM of the soil runoff?
You can 100% top autos. But yeah maybe that is a bit advanced. I only suggested it because he had 2 so it would be a cool side by side experiment
