ok guys I’m stuck!!! I started blind growing and kinda learned on my way still in my first grow but at the end of flower I still don’t know how to water correctly. I locked my self out chased ec for days it was insane. the pots I was in were ass and just Didn’t drain well. does anyone have any good advise on when to water by the way I’m in coco coir and next grow will be in fabric pots the weight thing didn’t work For me .

Just watch your plants if you are in coco. When they get a little droopy water them. If you just watered and they are droopy then more water isn't the answer. Once you have that timing the first time that's your baseline for dryback. If you waited 5 days then water on day 4 for example. Just don't let them get too dry.
yeah i dont like the weight thing either lol.... you could always do the ol finger dip lol..wait for it to get dry about 2 or so inches down then water again. Unfortunately the drybacks wont be as good as the weight technique but should work. Its crazy how light they get when they are ALMOST bone dry...we had moms that were 5' tall and when they dried out (i was just learning at the time) they would almost fly out of my hands when i grabbed it due to how light they were...was expecting to grab some weight lol.
