Help had a small amount of spider mites like 2 weeks ago and I’ve been treating and any that I find are dead already plz help me identify

I’m On my way To the local hydroponics shop rn going to look for a meter for the ph and ppm but last week when I checked run off it was at 65 ph and other leaves are starting to be impacted all around

I noticed all the points on the leaves were starting to turn burnt like in the picture throughout the plant it wasn’t just the top

How often were you treating? Looks like light burn to me. Possibly residual from the treatment depending on the strength. I just need another opinion since it resembles a possible deficiency like phosphorus.

What light is that in the picture?

Viparspectra pulls 250 w but I think it’s a 400w also I was treating once every 3 days i was thinking it was gonna be magnesium
