Where is the damage in relation to your fan? Those markings kind of look like wind damage. It looks very minor though and not something to really worry about unless it's getting worse.
Ok ill keep an eye out, you may be right cause I had my small fan on the floor blowing directly at my plans for under canopy air flow. So i will turn it down and re position to see of that helps.
Take a look at my recent thread. What I thought was deficiencies was in fact placement of equipment inside my tent. I had similar damage and it was a result of placement of my heater, light, and fan burn. It wasn’t until I got down and close to the plants that I found the culprit. Very similar damage.
@Vaughn Taylor Temp and humidity are fine. Yeah you can probably hold off on feeding nutrients for at least the next couple of waterings since you've recently transplanted into fresh soil that has nutrients in it.

What strain is it?
Is it in Veg or Flower stage?
If in Veg, for how long?
If in Flower stage, For how long?
Indoor or outdoor?
Soil, Soilless or Hydro? If soil/soilless, what is in your mix? If soil/soilless, what size pot?
Size of grow space (LxWxH)?
Make and model of grow light? Temperature in the environment? Humidity in the environment?
PH of medium or reservoir?
PPM of medium or reservoir?
Any Pests?
How often are you watering?
Type and strength of nutrients used?
