Help!!! Why is the new growth curling up on one plant and not the other is this lockout on this plant

That happens with some phenos. Sometimes it's due to an issue while other times it's normal growth. Everything looks good to me.

I've seen that with to much wind, nitrogen tox and overwatering. A little more info would help us better help you, ph/ppm in and out, frequency, temps, etc. The other plant that's fine may just be more established so it can handle what ever is causing the issue of the affected plant.

Some pics it almost looks like a mutation. Have you got a recent picture of the entire plant? 🌱🪴🤙🏼
