I've seen that with to much wind, nitrogen tox and overwatering. A little more info would help us better help you, ph/ppm in and out, frequency, temps, etc. The other plant that's fine may just be more established so it can handle what ever is causing the issue of the affected plant.
@mwhite9829 <—what he said. Also I would be interested in the plants location in the grow (like where everything is set up) because as stated the wind or light could be affecting 1 plant more than the other. You said they are both different strains, or did I misread that? 🌱🪴🤙🏼
That happens with some phenos. Sometimes it's due to an issue while other times it's normal growth. Everything looks good to me.
