Hermie?

I have a plant that is day day 38 into flower. I discovered seeds in the buds tonight. Is this a true hermie? I’m so confused about the difference between a true hermie and a stress hermie and what to do with the plant. I grow for my own use and to make RSO for my spouse. Thanks much.

Sorry for the delayed response; I've been super busy the past few days. Are you seeing seed formation all over the plant or just the bottom part of the plant? Do you see any bananas on the plant? Also, check your other plants for pollen sacs and bananas.

Thanks for your response. There are seeds within the buds all over the plant. I have 2 the same age and they look identical. No bananas. I have a total of 5 plants in this tent. I looked the others over and don’t see any pollen sacs. My last two plants were incredibly seedy as well. I wonder if I was late in identifying and removing a male?

Bummer :( .... They had to of been pollinated somehow. Have you ever had males in the same space?

I’m not getting much input so after reviewing @Mr. Grow It book and videos I’ve decided that at some point I had a true hermie that pollinated this one and she is forming seeds in her buds. Guess I’ll just let her mature and harvest the buds.
