Hey guys I’m about to harvest In the next few days. Do you recommend chopping fan leaves with little trichome production before harvest?

No need to cut the plant in the ending days. If your looking for more tricombs I use cold and sometimes dark. In the last week and a half lights on my temp 70-75 f, and lights out around 65 f. I've done 36 and 48 hours cold darkness then harvest. But the dark cold I've only seen a difference on about 40% of the plants I did it on. Because it did work on some I try on most all and keep notes of the strains it worked on. My absolute favorite with that is Three Blue Kings, after the cold dark I actually amazed and stared at it for a while. Looked like I poured large grain uger all over it and sparkles like a diamond.
