Maybe you over-dried it? You may want to consider getting hygrometers for your jars to ensure your buds aren't too dry. Also, as the buds continue to cure, the smoke should get better. Some cultivars take 6 months to a year to fully cure.
What I’m thinking my last run was the same I hanged dried for 7 days I’m thinking 5 for my next one I’m about to chop I think waiting to a snap is to long honestly an I was thinking maybe it still early it only been 14 days in the jar
