Hi, when I want to slow the growth of a plant in veg, I top all the colas. That will give the younger ones a chance to catch up and the larger one will end up with twice as many colas, win win.
A couple of those plants are pretty young, not sure if you are going to have enough time for that small one to catch up. The topping technique will only buy you an extra week or two.
You could just keep pruning the big girl back, that should work but I would worry about it stressing her out too much so I would avoid a lot of pruning unless I had no choice.
