biocanna soil with organic peat free compost and earthworm casting, some perlite mixed in aswell, soaked the soil in compost tea pre transplant, this consisted of 5ml of urb 5ml of seaweed extract in 8 litres water, dry ingredients were earthworm castings 2 cups and organic compost 2 cups PH 6.8
@nealross21 All that sounds good imo. Any idea what the soil temperature is? Sometimes that's over looked; you want that temp right for microbial activity. Also, have you been keeping the soil moist at all times? You mention in your third post that you haven't watered yet. If it's not moist, microbes go dormant.
Didn't think of soil temp, what is the ideal?, and how do i increase or decrease?, the soil is still moist about a finger length down but i guess the roots have not gone down further than that yet, i will water a little bit today with my water, seaweed and molassess mix,
And 1 tablespoon molasses , i sprinkled root ball, hole with Mycorrhizae when transplanted.

Thanks for stopping by the forum! Whats in the soil mix and what type of organic nutrients are in it?
Water PH is between 6.5 and 6.9 for everything, i used a compost tea to wake up my soil mix and that was 4 days ago, i have not watered
I am growing organically, i have just transplanted the plants into 11L pots and look healthy apart from the yellow leaves on one plant
