Im currently running 2 x 600 watt hps lights, in cool tubes, both running off same extraction. Would it help to keep my temps down if i added a second extractor fan and filter so each light has its own system? Really strugling with

Hard to tell you for sure since we don't know what your temp is at right now both in the environment and in the room where air is coming from. What type of air conditioner are you using and what size is your grow space?
