I have mysterious holes starting to come into my young plant there are no insects around what could it be well that is 24 in above it is on 25% the humidity is 60% it's in a dwc bucket it is approximately two weeks old

Sometimes that happens when you do plant training. If you don't see any pests then you should be good 🙂
Is it a lot of holes??
The light is 24 inches above set on 25 %
