Depends on what you are growing. What strain is this? Photo or Auto? A couple of pictures of the plant and buds so we can see the big picture would help too.
Those trichomes do look about the right spot to start a two week flush and then harvest at the end of week 9.
She looks great! Nice and frosty with lots of red hairs.
I would say go ahead with the flush any time now and then giver her another 2 weeks and she should be ready to harvest. You could let her go one more week before you flush just to be sure, but keep a close eye on those trichomes. That's my best guess based on the pictures.
