What is the white stuff on the leaves? She looks a little droopy, over watered maybe? And you might want to trim the lowest leaves if they are touching the soil.
That looks like damp cardboard the pot is sitting on with lots of dirt. You should clean that up and get a better drip tray for the pot before bugs and mold start moving in.
