I’m in a 3 gallon plastic pot I started off feeding my girls 1/2 gallon the first 2 weeks of flower and it would take 2/3 days before I had to feed them again...The 3rd week I started feeding them a gallon and now it’s taking 7 days before I have to feed the again.. the girls look very healthy but I’m just not sure if that’s to much time in between feeding...I’m in soil and I use promix HP..

If you look into V.P.D or vapor pressure deficit, you will see that the humidity plays a big part in your plants h2o uptake. Look into it, it might help.
I can see how you think 7 days may be excessive. Got a pic? Small plants with small root structures won't dry up as faster as larger plants with big root structures. Temperature and humidity is also a factor when talking about how fast the medium should dry out.
You just explained the situation i'm in right now lol - 3gal pots, soil, week 2 flower, 1/2 gal water previously, now 1gal water.
1gal is fine. As the plants get further and further into flower, the medium will dry out faster. Watch for pests such a fungus gnats by the medium. If you see them, let medium dry out and reduce water for a bit
