I am in my 5th week of flowering. 4 weeks ago. I was told by someone I need to start feeding it foxfarm trio so I did. The plants were in veg for 10 weeks. Then the next day my plants started slightly clawing. I started just giving it water with Ph. The plants were great till I feed them the trio.
I am only feeding them 1/2 dose.
I an using 2/600 wt. Off soil, 3 gal cloth pots.
If you need more information please let me know. I just don't want to see my plants in stress or are they ok?
Thank you in advance for any help if needed.
This is the first 2 plants that survived out of 25 seeds. So I'm kinda stressed out. I feel like such a failure.
The buds at bottom have a much lighter green of the leaves. I suspect they aren't getting enough light. Some of the big stretched out fan leaves shading them be clipped off if wish or try moving branches to expose them to light.
Thank you.
It look like she is starting to recover. I also posted a picture of her sister.
Flush complete ph 659, ppm 920
I will let everyone know how the next few days go.
Thank y'all for your
First off, what light schedule is the plant on? That plant definitely does not look like it's on week 5 of flowering. Second, you have nitrogen toxicity. This is most likely due to over-feeding. @mwhite9829 gave some good advice. Flush the plant and check the pH and PPM of the runoff to ensure they are in the ideal ranges.
Ok thanks My friend 🙂 I will try that. I attached pictures a few times. I think its on the 2nd page.
Ok, let me make sure I understand. You flushed 15 days ago and have only ph water since?
Are you using the fox farm schedule, and what week are you going by?
Sorry I miss spoke.. I was only giving it water and ph for the last 15 days because I was told to flush it and not feed it because of the flush read 2300. I feed them every 3 days.
15 days no water? If you just fed it I'd give it a day or two to see what changes.
I started flowering on August 9th. I'm only using 1/2 the nutritionist so I don't think that matters but I watered it for the first time in 15 days with just water. I did flush it.
Before I feed it the ppm were 29 so I 1/2 strength the food and it went back up to 2200. I am using foxfarm ocean soil. I was told at the flowering point I had to start feeding them because my soil was probably out of nutrition.
I don't know what to do because the other plant is shorter and is doing much better.
I am so fustrated.
Don't panic, it's fixable. I would flush the medium. Make sure your in the right week of the fox farm schedule. If your using week 1 to week 6 it will be to much nitrogen. The further in flower the less it want/need. By chance what week are you using?
Hear is the picture I hope they turned out ok.
If the fan leaves got dark and started to claw since starting feeding usually it's caused by nitrogen toxicity. A pic in clear light will def help to be sure.
My light goes on at 5:30. I will post it then. I should've waited to post with the right picture. Sorry.
Is it possible to take pics in natural light?
