Fox Farms already has a lot of nutrients 4 a plant to grow so well i hurt the plant by adding any of these fertilizers and at what stages should I use either of these fertilizers??

If your using ffof after 21 to 30 day is when I amend my soil first time I do 1/2 nitrogen based and 1/2 Phosphorus based (bat Guano) and some worm castings and kelp meal and 21 days later I do just the phosphorus and you can also do the kelp meal. And look into compost tea
