Well any form of light stress isn't good. I'd like to know what light you're using and how far away it is from the top of your plants. Then we can give you a better answer. If you really want to be specific, you can also monitor the leaf surface temperature with a temperature gun. Ideal leaf surface temp for cannabis is about 82-83°F .. The leaves closest to the light should have the highest leaf surface temp so those will be the ones you want to monitor.
