Is it harmful or wast of money mixing organic soil during veg and syntethic minerals products advanced nutrients and groetek during flowerin

Hi, hope all is well. I'm from Argentina so my apologies if some terms are not the correct ones.

I've been growing in soil (complete soils - mix of peats, hummus, mycorrhizae, trichodermas, fish flour, and some organic stuff). During veg, I use some organic fertilizers but not much. However, during flowering stage I use Advanced nutrients (rhino skin, bud candy, big bud) and last flowering week I use monster bloom from groetek as fattening (unfortunately we do not get all products so we cannot use the best combinations, i would love to use overdrive for example). Then, I flush my plants, sometims i use flawless finish and sometimes only water (last two weeks, 10 days approximately). My question here is: Are syntethic mineral fertilizers (advanced, groetek) harmful for my soil? Can I mix this kind of veg livingsoil-organic soil with advanced? Because sometimes i use rhino and bud candy during veg but now i'm entering into living soil and I hear a lot of how bad these products are for a complete soil, and it does not make sense mixing them since the "chemical" mineral process of these mineral salts absorb the water from the soil kidnapping all the good bacterias, fungus, etc, which my soil creates. Also, I read that this combination would leave my plant kind of helpless and it does not help at all growing outdoors

I have growed using advanced in flowering stage in my indoor several times and it worked very well but maybe I'm wasting a lot of money mixing them. I wouldn't like entering into Coco coir or hydroponic so I need to resolve this question before my next try.
