In this past week I’ve been following a deficiency and from what I’ve gather it seems Mn

I’ve been adding the recommended 0,5 per liter of calmag for prevention and bumped this last feed to 0,8 as a deficiency because it looked magnesium but after looking closely it seems manganese.
In the start of the week 5 I’ve bought 2jugs of water on an emergency and different from my regular ones, the PH was 7, could that be the reason for this and should I give her just water with a low ph and check the ph runnof?
This is also the plant that had the broken stem and was toped.
Consumption of manganese by root system in the soil is optimal between pH levels of 6.0 to 6.5 Could just be too high of pH since you said you're watering in at 7?
