Is this light burn?

Can anyone tell me what these spots are..everything was going well untill I put the dimmer up on my light to 700 par on the canopy then the leaves went like this and more and more cars turning everyday...can anyone tell me what might be wrong? Thanks

@am420 Well if you don't know the pH or PPM in the medium then we are guessing what the problem is. For example, it might be a pH lockout. Or, maybe it's under-fed. We don't really know without those numbers though. I highly suggest investing in a pH meter and a TDS tester to help ensure the medium is in the proper ranges.
