Could be just calyx, they do form in the crotches of the plant when flowering. Just watch if they start to multiple in one spot or different areas then the crotch of the limbs.
I'd just keep a close eye on the plant, however, based on the photos there's no way to determine right now...that could be a young calyx, you'll know soon enough
can you get any better pics? its hard to say for sure but it looks like a male from here. try To find some other sites On the plant so maybe we can get a better perspective
