Those look like pollen sacks. If this plant is flowering (so it's gone Hermie), you could try and pick off the pollen sacks, but if you miss just one it could cause that plant and any near it to go to seed.
Is it covered in those pollen sacks or is that all you can see? I would get rid of it if it is near other flowering plants.
@Cap Stone those and about two others are all I could see …. Should I pick them off or too risky? …. Next to two other plants that are still in veg … thank you for your timely response also
