Is this nutrient lockout?

Hey, ok all good, experience is the best teacher. It grew fine I think it may have been over watering because I did a big defoliation on day 21 then watered the same not taking into account the plant had less mass. The paleness remained and now getting the yellow fade so I think she's close to done. I heard the strain is a little tricky, when I gave it a little stronger light it would not show light stress or curl, rather it would flop like it was over or under watered, so a bit confusing for a novice.

Its in organic living soil with 2 different inoculants added a week, do I flush or water with plain water in the last week?

@marqlar Most don't flush when growing with organic inputs. Your plants are fading so that's another reason why I wouldn't flush there
