Those plants look really good, especially for a first grow 👍. Personally I'd pull the larger leaves and open them up some for better light penetration. First couple weeks of flower you will see a lot of leaf growth and have to remove more. Take a look at the bottoms and remove some being in a thick canopy the lower won't produce much and just take away from the tops. I don't know if I'd go full lollipop. When they stretch if they start getting tall to where the light is raised to far for them you can knock some more off in week 2-3. But again your doing great.
I would put the short one up on something to bring it to the level of the other 2, so that it gets the same amount of light. A lite defoliation and also consider lollipoping also.
