I received some king crab with an order of great white. I was reading about when to use this but it wasn't clear. Do I add this product into my water or food or does it matter? Also, I know the details of the grow are important but just generally speaking, how often would u say this should be added into the water/food? It says good for use during veg and flower, what is your opinion on that? Thank you in advance.

I haven't used it but just looked it up. It's a microbial inoculant and is safe to use throughout the entire grow. You mix into water. You could also add into your nutrient solution; if you do that, add King Crab last after mixing in nutrients. I'd use it once every 10-14 days.
