whats going on everybody. So I had a main breaker go recently. Had man auto in final weeks of flower and the rest in Veg. moved them all outside. I noticed my indoor plants all had dark green leaves (happy frog/ocean forest soil) while my outdoor ones were on the light green side (coast of Maine soil) 1 month old. I haven’t given the outdoor plants anything but a dusting of blood meal 2 days ago. is it a Nitrogen deficiency, lack of light or strain?

Awesome to hear - and see! 🌳🌳🌳😀
I can't really see the light green you speak of - all the plants look healthy. What else will you be feeding with the blood meal?
Be careful with the diatomaceous earth in your pots. If you have it laid thick and it gets wet and hardens, you run the risk of robbing your roots of oxygen. Its true plants take it co2 through their leaves but, they take in oxygen through their roots. Hope this helps! Happy Growing!
I will let you know that the ones outside are getting much better light and more light than the ones inside. Sunlight is miles ahead of any fake light there is. In the future you may want to harden the plants off before you just put them out there.
You can cause sun scold and kill your plants when you got from fake light to real sun no matter how much light they get.
Thanks for the reply. Im pretty sure it’s light. One was getting blasted 18 hours under an sf4000 and the ones outdoor are probably not getting enough.
Did you harden them off first?? It more than likely has to do with the different light spectrums that your plants were receiving. Could be cultivar. . .
Nothing to worry over.
Thank you so much for your reply. I was fed planning on staking if it gets big enough but didn’t know about it allowing oxygen to the roots. That’s a good tip to know. I bought one of those pumps used in using compost tea to add oxygen to the water. Will def post new pics. This is my first grow so I’m just happy they are still alive 😂
Usually the light green is new growth, or the plant letting you know she's hungry. But I'm by no means an outdoor grower. As an indoor grower that statement is a true one. Outside could be way different. I've no idea.
As a side note, I'm curious if you plan on putting some hollowed out bamboo sticking out of the ground and reaching to the individual plant root systems. I've read you can increase yield by allowing fresh oxygen to the individual root zones. But again, I've no experience and I can't even remember where I read the article.
Happily following your grow! Keep us in the loop!
All the ones in the picture are the outdoor ones btw. Will take some pics of the indoor ones for comparison when I get home.
