You could flip now or some growers like to wait until the plant fully recovers before flipping to flower. Keep in mind that once you flip the plant will still grow vertically for the first 21 days or so. You may want to consider tucking those tall branches down under the trellis net and/or super cropping. If you don't, those tallest branches will be the dominant ones and will grow very quickly while the other branches lag; this will lead to an uneven canopy. Just a suggestion. Your plants look very healthy.
