I am a new grower and obviously overwhelmed but still eager to get my grow right I've read and watched as much as I can but this problem I needed help with for sure. So being new I messed up and used straight fox farms ocean forest no coco or lime added I then also went a bit over board with nutrients at one time and soon realized I had burned them a bit and flushed to correct. Afterwards I noticed my run off ph was going extremely high 5.6 5.8 so I flushed More then read about dolomite lime powder so I ordered some and top dressed a 1/2 tbls per gallon (5gallon pots 5 plants 5x5 tent) after 2 weeks I did so again only to get increased ppm and a few more burnsm so I then read more and flushed again this time with 8.5 pH water to try to combat the low pH soil it seems to be bringing back the color in my leaves, helping the vertical growth come back and no burns on the new growth however my pH is still low and I'm still watering around 8.6 and getting most plants at 6.5 but one in particular is still running off at 6.0 to 5.8 I could really use any help you guys have.

You are correct, the propper ph range for soil is around 6-7 but a few 10ths of a point isn't going to matter much. Plants have the ability to alter ph in their immediate area by releasing secondary metabolites. Most of the nutrients are still avaliable within the ranges you stated though. Not optimum but still avaliable.

Your plants appear to have slight tip burn like you stated but I think you might also have a touch of light burn. Tacoing or canoeing are signs of too much light.
Light burn can look similar to ph problems sometimes so it can be hard to tell from the tops.
I believe you have light burn and nutrient burn. You probably had a bit of a lockout that was corrected when you flushed. Keep trying to get the ph in optimum range and verify your lights aren't too intense, especially for the one in the back left.
