Magnesium Deficiency?

Just inconsistency in general. Looks like you overwatered and now you have let it dry out. Should be okay as long as you don't overwater.

This is my first grow. So just about everything i have done has been inconsistent

They look fine. Don't pay too much attention to early growth, it will all smooth out.
