First person to ever have a problem with the pictures not loading. I assume you bought from my website and not Amazon right? If you bought from Amazon, it's in Kindle format so you will need to use the Kindle E-reader. If you purchased from my website, there are two versions within the downloaded .zip file - a .pdf and a .epub. The pdf should open without issues on both computers and smartphones. If you're trying to open the .epub, I highly recommend using an E-reader app. I personally use Moon E-Reader. It's free through the app store. Let me know if that doesn't work.
