My inline fan is killing my humidity, temp is steady at 79-82 fan on humidity drops to mid 30's Fan off I get 70-80.. 5x5 gt 5 plants

what's the humidity outside the tent? here its mid winter & about 30% outside so if your bringing in dry air it's going to be tough to keep the tent humidity up .
