Just tell them you want white plus red and that you'd like to order 2 as a sample. Phosphor coated diodes emit roughly 3% ir already so all white leds have ir. If you want more you can ask them to exchange the uv for ir diodes, otherwise tell them you dont want any uv. Don't ever make payments that aren't through alibaba though or you might get burned. If that's too much work for you I get it but it will be the best deal. Honestly, 1 light will cover that area easy but you'd have to turn it up and it would likely get too warm. Leds still put off heat.
