Need help don’t know why they are not looking good

Sensei soil lite had a damping off issue so I was told to starve them but gave them some water yesterday do you have a preference on how much I should water them

What medium are you in? They look under-watered

I would think so. Go through your PAR. spec from the manufacturer. My furthest light hangs around 2'(24"). A marshydro sp3000, at 75 to 80%. Im in flower mind you. My light hangs around 1'(12"), from my seedlings (week1,day15) . It just a 100w grow light/w reds, blues. Hope that helps ya.

Yeah, definitely some hydration. Your light is 4' (48") away. Not sure what light you are using, but I personally would get it closer. 16,18", or closer at this point. But like I said, I'm not sure what you got. Try that...

They look thirsty to me. What medium are you using? One water in 12 days I doubt is overwatering in any medium, can see it's pretty dry and the medium is tightening pulling away from edge of cups. I'd give them some water with small dose of cal-mag, knowing your medium will help.

Lights are 48” away and temp is at 77 degrees
