I'm late to the party but imo looks a lot like damage from spider mites. Here's a helpful article on how to combat: https://www.growweedeasy.com/cannabis-plant-problems/how-to-get-rid-of-spider-mites
looks like spider mites. have you looked closely with a magnifying glass ?
